Inspired by Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya and India's rich yogic heritage, Tattva Cure brings together traditional wisdom and contemporary perspectives to encourage balance, self-awareness and purposeful living.
True well-being goes beyond the physical. It begins with understanding yourself, nurturing emotional balance, and creating harmony between body, mind, and consciousness.
At Tattva Cure, we bring together traditional yogic wisdom, meditation, lifestyle guidance, and modern approaches such as NLP to support a more mindful, balanced way of living.
Shobhit Mishra is the founder of Tattva Cure, a holistic wellness initiative shaped by his academic training in yoga, research experience and long-standing interest in traditional Indian knowledge systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Master of Science (MSc) in Yoga from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya and has completed his PhD in Yoga from SVYASA University. He also qualified for the UGC Junior Research Fellowship (UGC-JRF) in 2021. With more than nine years of engagement with yoga, healing traditions and wellness guidance, Shobhit brings together academic learning, traditional perspectives and a research-oriented outlook.
A significant part of his research journey has focused on understanding the role of yoga as a complementary approach for people experiencing migraines, including its use alongside conventional medical treatment. This interest reflects his broader commitment to exploring how structured yoga practices may contribute to well-being while recognising the importance of appropriate medical care. Shobhit's approach is also influenced by the teachings and vision of Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya, particularly the principles of self-transformation, disciplined living, service and the practical application of spiritual wisdom in everyday life.
At Tattva Cure, he seeks to create a space where yoga, Ayurveda, Pranic Healing, Vedic astrology and other traditional or complementary approaches can be explored thoughtfully. His guiding belief is that lasting well-being involves more than addressing immediate concerns: it also calls for awareness, balanced habits, personal responsibility and a deeper understanding of oneself. Through Tattva Cure, Shobhit aims to make traditional knowledge more accessible while encouraging a responsible relationship between holistic practices and contemporary healthcare. His vision is to help people make informed choices, cultivate healthier routines and explore a more conscious, balanced way of living.
